Preventative Maintenance

Basic ProActive Maintenance Plan

This level of maintenance is recommended for low use instruments & those used for back up only.

Once yearly, we will perform the manufacturers recommended Service. A Complete Tune-Up is performed & your instrument calibration is verified. Travel time & Expenses are prepaid, as per contract. All repairs are billable at the current hourly rate in effect, and operator training is available at this time.

Standard ProActive Maintenance Plan

This level of maintenance is recommended for medium use instruments, continuous use during normal 5 day, 4 - 8 hours per day 365 days a year.

Once a Standard or Premium Service contract is in effect, we start a Maintenance History File and initiate a Reliability Profile that evaluates the longevity of your instrument.

Once yearly, we will perform the manufacturers recommended maintenance service. In addition, a Complete Tune-Up is performed and your instrument calibration is verified. In addition, Electrical, Mechanical and Integral Inspection is performed to identify any parts that have degraded or repairs needed. Sufficient tests are run to ensure operation according to manufacturer�s specifications. If all required repairs are performed, a Certificate of Performance is then issued for your instrument and a sticker for your instrument is applied. All repairs are billable at the Contract Rate, and operator training is available at this time. Travel Time, Expenses are prepaid as per contract terms.

Premium ProActive Maintenance Plan

This level is recommended for heavy use instruments, continuous use, 24 hours per day, 365 days a year.
Twice yearly, we will perform the manufacturers recommended service. A Complete Tune-Up is performed and your instrument calibration is verified. In addition - Electrical, Mechanical and Integral Inspection is performed to identify any parts that have degraded or repairs needed. Sufficient tests are run to ensure operation according to manufacturer�s specifications. If all required repairs are performed, a Certificate of Performance is issued for your instrument and a sticker for your instrument is applied. 24 hour Technical Support is included without additional charge. All repairs are billable at the Contract Rate , and operator training is available at a reduced hourly rate. Travel Time, Expenses and Per Diem are prepaid.
