David Tozer started servicing Medical, Biological & Laboratory Equipment in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada in 1972. David implemented & managed two Biomedical Engineering Service Departments during his tenure within Health Care from 1972 to 1995. During this period he provided engineering support & services to a multitude of medical research projects in Hamilton area hospitals. M.T.R. SERVICES came into being during this period.

M.T.R. SERVICES CORP. provides equipment repair & calibration on a diversity of instruments.

M.T.R. SERVICES CORP. as a wholly owned private corporation was established in 1996. During the period from 1996 to present day, David advanced his training, experience & professional certification under the banner of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT) obtaining certification as a Certified Engineering Technologist. David also obtained manufacturers training on a diversity of laboratory, industrial, medical & computer equipment during his 39 years as an Engineering Technologist.

David is a long standing member of OACETT - Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians & Technologists.

During his eight years experience in Project Management, David saved one of his clients, approximately $1 million US on their project. David is current & trained on industrial applications of computers.
