David Tozer started servicing Medical, Biological and Laboratory Equipment in the Hamilton Healthcare System in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada in 1972 after starting his 35 year career working at Imperial Oil, Instrumentation Systems Design, Sarnia, Ontario, Canada. David implemented & managed two Biomedical Engineering Service Departments during the period from 1972 to 1980. During this period he also provided engineering support & services to a multitude of medical research projects in the Hamilton area hospitals. M.T.R. SERVICES came into being during this period.

Under the auspices of David, M.T.R. SERVICES CORP. provides equipment repairs on a diversity of instruments. Repairing diagnostic & laboratory equipment has been the primary component of M.T.R. SERVICES CORP. ,  yet diversity is our motivation

M.T.R. SERVICES CORP. as a wholly owned private corporation was established in 1996. During the period from 1996 to present day, David advanced his training, experience and professional certification under the banner of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT) obtaining certification as a Certified Engineering Technologist, Biomedical. David also obtained manufacturers training on a diversity of laboratory, industrial, medical & computer equipment during his 39 years as an Engineering Technologist.

David has at one time or another been a member of the following professional organizations: OACETT, CMBES, ISA & IEEE.

During his eight years experience in Project Management covering a diversity of industries, including IT, Banking, Automotive & Industrial Services, David saved one of his clients, approximately $1 million US on their project. David has current training & qualifications in computers.
